Fighter Frenzy

 

Come participate in the 5th annual Fighter Frenzy. This year's Fighter Frenzy will introduce PC gaming into the Cutthroat lineup for the 2011-2012 season. Come play in online qualifiers in today's hottest PC and console games as well get the chance to play with your fellow gamer both casually and competitively in console play and PC LAN to win cash and prizes. As always you can expect Cutthroat to have tons of FREE GIVEAWAYS and more for everyone to enjoy

 

Black Student Services / Omega Foundation

A portion of the money raised from Cutthroat events goes to our sponsor Black Student Services. Black Student Services is a student organization at the University of Colorado that supports minority based programs at UCD as well as other community based organizations i.e. Kappa Alpha Psi, Omega Psi Phi, Rites of Passage, etc, etc. They help provide funds for high school kids to obtain scholarships, Support College educated programs for students such as Big 12 and other large educational conferences as well as help Colorado Cutthroat drive for educational based events to the UCD campus for young men and women bound for college. If you can't make the event but still want to support you will have the ability to donate to the Omega Foundation. This foundation is the foundation that provides funding for Black Student Services

Note: All children under the age of 8 years are allowed to casually play at the event for FREE. One parent per child. If they want participate in the tournament then the tournament pot fee will apply.

 

Note: We are capping the amount of PC entries for both League of Legends and the StarCraft 2 event. We are allowing on 61 teams and 61 Starcraft 2 entries

We are a local game studio based in Arvada, Co. Our studio is involved in developing video games, specifically for the Android market at this time. We are looking to network and get more involved with the local gaming community and feel that the Colorado Cutthroat would be a great place to help with this. Zebralightning Studios is dedicated towards becoming a stronger studio and helping to bring more of the video game industry to Colorado. Currently we have one game on the Android market, Ninja Dojo, and we will be releasing our second game, Marble Droid, within a week or so and our goal for this event is to promote these games with hopes to further our goals of growing our company. We would like to offer beta testing for our upcoming game during the event and would also like to demo our games at our booth during the event.
